Once the water has cooled, we move on to the next step: we place the rice in another container. Rice is another excellent ingredient that contains potassium, phosphorus and magnesium. Five tablespoons of rice are enough to add to a liter of room temperature water. At this point, we filter the rice water, which must be poured through a sieve into another container.
