SAN ANTONIO — A 24-year-old man was transported to a local hospital after he was found with stab wounds following a disturbance early Saturday morning.
According to San Antonio police, the disturbance occurred around 3 a.m. in the 700 block of East Sonterra Boulevard near Stone Oak Parkway.
After the man was picked up, a witness observed stab wounds on him.
