π₯ Eggs – 2 pcs
π§ Ricotta cheese – 100 g
πΏ Parsley – 2 tbsp
π Breadcrumbs – 100 g

1. Prepare the sauce π
Heat the olive oil
Fry the onion until golden brown
Add the tomatoes, garlic, thyme and basil
Season it
Simmer for 45 minutes
π Result: a rich and tasty sauce.
2. Prepare the meatballs π
Mix the meat
Add the parmesan, egg, ricotta and parsley
Stir in the squeezed breadcrumbs
Season well
Shape the meatballs
π Tip: Use slightly damp hands for a nice shape.
3. Fry the meatballs π₯
Heat a frying pan with a little oil.
Fry the meatballs on all sides.
Set aside.
4. Bake in the oven π½️
Preheat the oven to 170 °C (340 °F).
Place the meatballs in a baking dish.
Pour over the hot sauce.
Bake for 7 to 10 minutes.
5. Serve π
Serve hot.
Serve with pasta, rice or bread.
