1 3/4 dl flour
3/4 dl cocoa powder (preferably unsweetened and good quality)
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 dl milk (dairy or plant-based)
1/2 dl vegetable oil
2 tbsp 1 tsp vanilla extract
1 dl boiling water

1️⃣ Prepare the dry ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Baking powder
