Ingredients
3 cups flour (about 500 g)
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups warm water (about 400 ml)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup olive oil (about 60 ml)
Fresh parsley, chopped
Sea salt (for sprinkling)

Preparation
In a large bowl, mix the flour, dry yeast and salt. Add warm water and mix until a sticky dough forms.
Then cover the bowl with cling film and let the dough rest at room temperature overnight.
Preheat the oven to 230°C (450°F). Place a cast iron pan with a lid (or an ovenproof dish) in the oven to keep it warm.
Place the dough on a floured work surface and carefully shape it into a circle. Baking
Sprinkle the dough with the minced garlic, olive oil, parsley and a pinch of sea salt.
Then remove the hot cast iron pan from the oven and place the dough on it.
Cover with a lid and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the lid and bake for a further 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a rack before cutting into slices.
